Product data in Online Support

  1. Call up the SEW-EURODRIVE homepage.
  1. Follow these steps:

Search field

  1. Enter a serial number, the number of a quotation, or the number of an order confirmation in the search field [2].
  2. Click [Find].
  3. A different window will open depending on whether you have entered a serial number or a transaction number in the search field:
    • Entering a serial number: The window showing the desired product data opens.
    • Entering a quotation or order confirmation number: If you are authorized, all the items of the transaction are listed. You must be logged in to use this operation. Select the required item. Click [Next]. A window opens for selecting and downloading the required data and documents.

Your reference data

  1. Select a language [3] for the technical data.
  2. Select how the product image is to be displayed in the generated PDF [4]:
    • Interactive 3D model: 3D model that you can rotate and zoom into in a suitable reader (e.g. Adobe Acrobat Reader).
    • Product image: Static, like a screenshot
  3. Select whether the reference data [5] listed under [6] should be included in the generated PDF.
  4. Download the technical data as a CSV, Excel, or PDF file or forward the technical data.
