Protection of the STO control

The safety subfunction STO is implemented only electronically, without the use of software. The software functions of the device have no effect on the STO safety subfunction. A potential attacker has no means of compromising the safety subfunctions by manipulating software or data that is transmitted to the device.

• Secure the machine and its components that control the STO safety subfunction against possible compromise.
