Idle and start delimiter

The MOVIMOT^® inverter detects the start of a request message by means of an idle period lasting at least 3.44 ms, followed by the character 02_hex (start delimiter 1). In the event that the transmission of a valid request message is canceled by the master, a new request message must not be sent until at least twice the idle period (approx. 6.88 ms) has elapsed.
