List of FCBs
The following FBCs are available with the MCR91A.. regenerative power supply.
In the following list, the FCBs are sorted in descending order by priority:
- FCB 00 Output stage inhibit
- FCB 58 Supply and regenerative mode
- FCB 53 Hold precharging
FCB 00 Output stage inhibit
If you activate this FCB, the output stage will be inhibited. The brake chopper is not inhibited and is always enabled.
If no FCB is activated, then FCB 00 is active and the output stage is inhibited.
Priority of FCB 00: 1
Function/action | Response |
|---|---|
Preload | Is not performed |
Line contactor | Is opened |
Supply function | locked |
Regenerative function | locked |
DC link message | Not ready |
DC link voltage | Goes to 0 V |
Control of braking resistor | released |
FCB 58 Supply and regenerative mode
If you activate this FCB, the default regenerative function of the device will be activated. The DC link is precharged and the line contactor is closed.
When the DC link reaches the nominal voltage, a ready signal is sent to the connected axes via binary terminal or fieldbus (process data) and the output stage is enabled.
Function/action | Response |
|---|---|
Preload | Is performed |
Line contactor | Is closed |
Supply function | released |
Regenerative function | EnabledCan be disabled via parameter/digital input/control word. |
DC link message | Ready |
Control of braking resistor | released |
FCB 53 Hold precharging
If you activate this FCB, the DC link will be precharged and the line contactor will be closed. No DC link ready signal is output and the output stage is inhibited.
If you switch between FCB 58 and FCB 53 during standard inverter operation, the output stage is inhibited.
Priority of FCB 53: 3
Function/action | Response |
|---|---|
Preload | Is performed |
Line contactor | Is closed |
Supply function | released |
Regenerative function | locked |
DC link message | Not ready |
Control of braking resistor | released |
