Optimization case 3 – the Y-axis is the master axis, the Y-axis is in lifting mode

Initial situation: tyVmax > txVmax
The Y-axis is the master axis because it has a longer travel time than the X-axis due to its travel distance and the dynamic parameters.
The Y-axis is in lifting mode.
Optimization parameters: tyVmax = txVadjusted
The Y-axis starts immediately and operates with maximum dynamic parameters to maintain the cycle time. The X-axis also starts immediately, but moves at a reduced speed.
The speed of the X-axis is calculated in such a way that both axes arrive at the target at the same time.
Energy savings:
Reducing the travel speed of the X-axis means that it requires less energy. The energy released from the X-axis is used for the lifting operation of the Y-axis.
