Error 4 Brake chopper

Response: Output stage inhibit + line contactor unchanged + Module bus response "critical" + ESO

Cause

Measure

Excessive regenerative power.

Decrease deceleration.

Short circuit in braking resistor circuit.

Check supply cable to braking resistor.

Braking resistor impedance too low.

Check the minimum permitted resistance value of the braking resistor and connected a suitable braking resistor.

Response: Output stage inhibit + open line contactor + module bus response "Critical"
