The integrated lock of the DC/DC converter with MDP92A power supply modules does not galvanically separate the axis block from the supply system and therefore does not de-energize the axis block.

When using the MDS90A switched-mode power supply module, there is no galvanic isolation between the line connection and axis block.

Severe or fatal injuries

To de-energize the axis block, it must be switched off using a main switch, for example. Switching off always takes place in a system-specific way depending on the specific application, and taking the applicable regulations into consideration.
