Information on the calculation formulas
At the relevant points in the design process, a formula number refers to the corresponding calculation formula. The formulas in table form can be found after the project planning procedure under Calculation formulas BE.., BE.H brake, or BE.. safety brake as a holding brake.

At several points in the configuration process, checks are performed against product-specific characteristic values; these checks may yield a negative result. For information on how to proceed, see Measures for mechanical project planning.
