Using the operating modes

Limit the jerk transferred via the fieldbus for the operating modes by configuring the "Jerk" limit value in the "Monitoring functions" configuration menu in the "Limit values" submenu.

The jerk that is taken over via the input in the IEC program or the PO 13 / PO 23 process data word takes effect in the operating modes (e.g. jogging, positioning mode, energy-optimized XY positioning, mechanically optimized positioning). The change to this jerk is only taken over in idle state when using the fieldbus connection. The change takes effect immediately when changing the value without a fieldbus connection.
