Modular motor and gear unit system
The DC 48 V servomotors for use with the SCM decentralized controller can be combined with the SEW-EURODRIVE modular gear unit system. For linear drives, the DC 48 V servomotors can be combined with the CMS electric cylinders.
The modular motor and gear unit system enables flexible adaptation to changing application requirements without having to change the mechanical connection or design. This affects various aspects such as shaft diameter or gear ratios. Transmitting elements such as wheels can be adjusted without having to mechanically adjust the drive train. Since individual components can be replaced or repaired, maintenance is simplified for the operator and ESG guidelines can be met more easily.
CM3C63M servomotors in DC 48 V design can be selected with working or holding brake. CMP40M, CMP50S and CMP50M are available with holding brake. The EnDat 2.2 encoder system (multi-turn absolute encoder) or resolver are available as motor feedback for both CMP and CM3C63M motors.
