Replacing the safety key

A defective safety key of a safety option can be replaced by a new safety key.

Replace the safety key as follows:

1. Have the original acceptance report available or document the current checksums.
2. Switch off the device.
3. Replace the defective safety key.
4. Switch on the device again.
5. In MOVISUITE^®, open the "Assist CS.." parameterization tool.
6. Load the parameters into the safety option.
7. Generate a report.
8. Compare the previous checksums with the current checksums. No checksum must have changed. If the checksums differ, check the corresponding functions again.
9. Publish the successful acceptance.

INFORMATION

After replacing the safety key of the MOVISAFE^® CSA31A safety option, you must perform the referencing of the CSA31A again.
