Touchprobe function

The additional function "Touchprobe1" enables the evaluation of a trigger event independent of the operating mode. If the additional function is activated, it is possible in the Touchprobe positioning mode – absolute target position – remaining distance in direction of travel (420) operating mode to position a target relative to the actual position during a trigger event. For fieldbus operation, the process data length is extended by 4 process data words.
