Configuring MOVIKIT® PowerMode and "Intelligent charge control"

  1. Open the configuration of the MOVIKIT® PowerMode.
  2. In the "Basic settings" configuration menu, activate the "Intelligent charge control" function in the "Functions used" area.
    • In the configuration of the MOVIKIT® PowerMode, the configuration menu "Intelligent charge control" is displayed.
  3. Open the configuration menu "Intelligent charge control".
  4. Activate the function "Height-dependent charge control".
    • The setting fields for the function "Height-dependent charge control" are displayed.
  5. Specify the lowest or highest position of the vertical drive using the corresponding setting fields. The user units that are set in the vertical drive axes apply. A plausibility check does not take place here.
    • All of the axes of the "Vertical drive" type (configuration menu "Energy coupling" of axes) that are linked with the MOVIKIT® PowerMode are taken into account.
  6. Specify a reserve for the further drives.
    • The "Setpoint charge limit" specified in the "Automatic" operating mode of the MOVIKIT® PowerMode is used as the upper voltage limit of the function "Height-dependent charge control". This is the case when all vertical drives are in the lowest position.
    • The lower voltage level is set when all vertical drives are in the upper position ("Minimal voltage work envelope" + "Energy reserve" set in the charge state control operating mode of the MOVIKIT® PowerMode).
