Process data profile of the MOVISAFE^® CS..A safety options

The safety sub-functions (e.g. STO, SLS, SBC) are executed "low-active" via the fieldbus.

If a parameterized safety sub-function is not to be executed, then the respective bit must be set in the process output data of the higher-level safety controller.
