Enable axis

The axis must be enabled before it can move. To enable the axis, set the following variables in the Basic.In structure:

• Set xEnable_EmergencyStop to "TRUE".
• Set xEnable_ApplicationStop to "TRUE".

The xPowered variable reports back "TRUE" in the Inverter.Out structure.
