Conveyor_Modulo
The default AFW program for the "Conveyor_Modulo" slave module is implemented in the "Conveyor_Modulo" machine module.
The "Conveyor_Modulo" machine module is used for transporting products. It can be used to change input variables, the speed, and the ramps. In production mode, you can perform a cyclic stop in which the conveyor belt is positioned to module position 0. One or more machine modules can be integrated in a machine.
The program is structured according to the AFW from SEW‑EURODRIVE. The AFW is compatible with the PackML standard. Three modes are integrated in the standard version of the AFW: Production, maintenance, and manual.
The machine modules with the corresponding input data are offered to the user. The subsequent chapters describe the control of the "Conveyor_Modulo" machine module. The user assigns the inputs for the machine modules. The inputs originate from process data, digital inputs, data from the HMI, an external monitor or a combination of all these sources. For large amounts of data, use a mapping block and call this block in "PRG_AFW.Main". For small amounts of data, assign the inputs directly to each machine module in "PRG_AFW.Main".
