For scaling the actual value signal, 2 pairs of values must be specified which result from the U1/U2 input signal with the corresponding diameter D1/D2.

A positive characteristic curve is displayed in this figure. For a negative characteristic curve, enter a value for D1 that is greater than D2.

Tolerance of the plausibility monitoring of the diameter acquisition in the "Calculate" and "DistanceSensor" mode:

The tolerance specifies the maximum value by which the diameter may change per winding revolution. The value must be at least double the thickness of the material to prevent excessive limitation of the determined diameter value.

The value "0" deactivates the plausibility monitoring function. For plausibility monitoring, the actual position must be available in the modulo unit (e.g. MOVIKIT® MultiMotion Auxiliary Positioning).
