EtherCAT^® cycle 2 ms, distributed clocks cycle 2 ms

• The synchronization on distributed clocks works and is unambiguous. This also applies to a distributed clock with multiples of 2 ms.
• The substitute values for interpolated setpoints (FCB10) work.
