Process data profile of MOVISAFE^® CS..A safety cards

The drive safety functions (e.g. STO, SS1, SBC) are executed "low-active" via the fieldbus.

If a parameterized drive safety function is not to be executed, then the respective bit in the process output data of the F‑controller must be "TRUE".
