Process sequence and signal states
Status signals and test results of the brake test are transferred via 2 additional process input data (BT PI 1.0-2.15) for brake 1 and brake 2 of the axis group members.
No. | Sequence | PD | Signal states |
|---|---|---|---|
[1] |
| PO 1.0 |
|
| PO 1.1 |
| |
| PO 1:13 |
| |
Activation of the "brake test" mode operating mode | PO 6 | 701-704 (decimal) | |
Start/stop brake test | PO 1.7 |
| |
Up to [1] | The signal states from a previously performed brake test on axis 1 are retained. | ||
[1] to [2] | Brake test is in progress. | PI 1.0 |
|
Apply brake request 2) on axis 1 | PI 1.1 |
| |
[2] to [3] | Aborted by stop, due to no enable or by monitoring (lag error or skew error) | PI 1.0 |
|
PI 1.1 |
| ||
[3] to [4] | Brake test on axis 1 is in progress. Apply brake request 2) on axis 1 | PI 1.0 |
|
PI 1.1 |
| ||
[1] to [5] | The signal states (PI 1-2) from previously performed brake tests are retained on the axes that are not selected. In the cycle diagram, this is illustrated by displaying the signal states of axis 4. | ||
From [4] | Test result for axis 1 is available. | PI 1.2 - |
|
From [5] | Brake test was completed successfully. | PI 1.7 |
