Creating a new user account

2-factor authentication is required for the Instance Manager, Group Manager, Subsidiary Manager, and System Administrator roles.

Proceed as follows:

  • You are authorized to create a new user account.
  • User accounts is open.
  1. Open the creation dialog by clicking the [NEW...] button.
  2. Enter the name and e-mail address of the new user.
  3. Select one of the following roles: System Administrator, Subsidiary Manager, Group Manager, Instance Manager, Operator, or User.
  4. Depending on the role, select the region, instance group, and instance.
  5. Select one of the following languages: Italian, English, German, French, or Spanish.
  6. Select Celsius or Fahrenheit as the temperature unit.
  7. To save the settings, click the [SAVE] button.
  • The new user account has been created.
  • The overview page of the user accounts is displayed.
