MOVIKIT® StackerCrane MultiAxisController

The software module is used to control several axes together in one direction of travel below a ­MOVIKIT® ­StackerCrane ­effiDRIVE and to use the functions for increasing the control stiffness.

Overview of functions
  • External encoder(s) with increased position control loop gain (combined encoder evaluation) for one or more axes in one direction of travel
  • Axis group in a single direction of travel in torque priority or skewing priority operating mode
  • Extended control functionality for compensating sway in the X and Z directions
  • Rope elongation compensation, also in case of load transfer (combined encoder evaluation)
Torque priority
  • Moving in one direction of travel with one or no external encoder
  • Anti-slip control: Electronic differential lock
  • Electronic differential for SRS units with cornering ability
Skewing priority
  • Several external encoders in direction of travel
  • Auto-leveling: Anti-skew, even in the event of a fault
  • Connection of a top drive
