Permitted cyclic duration factor and thermal breakpoint speed

The diagrams and tables show the permitted cyclic duration factor of the brake cdf_{B_per} depending on the speed and/or frequency and the ambient temperature. The maximum permissible cyclic duration factor above the thermal breakpoint speed n_{B_th_k} is 100%.
