Selecting the line chokes

The MOVIDRIVE^® MDR60A.. regenerative power supply in brake module function and the inverters coupled to the DC link must be connected to the supply system via line chokes as follows:

• 1 inverter: The connection is made via the line choke of the inverter.
• 2 inverters: 1 or 2 separate line chokes can be used, depending on the selected connection type (A or B). For the selection of the suitable line choke, refer to the assignment tables in chapter Connection to 2 MOVIDRIVE^® system/technology or MOVITRAC® advanced. Connect the brake module to the line choke of the larger inverter.
