Measure

Timeout in process data transfer during EtherCAT®/SBusPLUS communication.

– Check the wiring of the system bus and module bus.

– Check that the EtherCAT^®/SBus^PLUS configuration is set correctly in the MOVI-C^® CONTROLLER.

– Check the EtherCAT^®/SBus^PLUS timeout configuration in the device.

Response: Warning + line contactor unchanged + module bus response "Warning" with self-reset

– Check the wiring of the system bus and module bus.

– Restart download.

Response: Application heartbeat – timeout response

Communication interrupted between IEC program in MOVI-C® CONTROLLER and device.

– Check the status of the IEC program.

– Restart the IEC program.
