Interface to MOVIRUN^® open "FB_AxisInterface_MovirunOpen"

The FB_AxisInterface_MovirunOpen function block provides an interface to an axis of the ST_AxisInterface type under MOVIRUN^® open.

With the function block, the node blocks can access any axis (SEW-EURODRIVE, CiA^® 402) via their interface inputs of the I_InterfaceToDrive3 type.
