The IO module is defective.

Check IO module and replace if necessary.

The energy module is defective.

Replace the energy module after consulting SEW-EURODRIVE.

Fault: 145.33 (9121hex | 37153dec)

Description: MRCD pre-alarm has been triggered

Cause

Measure

The feedback contact to the IO module has poor contact or wire break.

Check signal line from MRCD to SEW IO module.

The residual current in the energy storage unit is greater than the alarm threshold.

Check the energy storage unit for ground fault. In the event of a ground fault, disconnect the energy storage unit via the disconnecting switch and then discharge it safely.

For safety reasons, only work on the energy storage unit or the DC link after it has been discharged.

Fault: 145.34 (9122hex | 37154dec)

Description: "IOConnectorMRCD" function module not linked

Cause

Measure

The "IOConnectorMRCD" function module for exchanging the DIO signals was not linked.

Link the function block correctly. More information about this can be found in the manual.

Fault: 145.35 (9123hex | 37155dec)

Description: "IOConnectorMRCD" function module reports communication error

Cause

Measure

The interface to the "LogicalDevice" of the IO module was not linked.

– Program the link.

Or

– Disable the checking via Property.

The SBusPLUS communication is faulty and the IO module that supplies the values cannot be reached.

– Check the SBusPLUS communication.

– Check the cabling of the SBusPLUS.

Fault: 145.36 (9124hex | 37156dec)

Description: MRCD test interval expired

Cause

Measure

The minimum parameterized time on days since the last test has passed.

– Disconnect energy storage unit from DC link.

– Perform synchronization via PLC. A test is performed and the current timestamp is saved.

Fault: 145.37 (9125hex | 37157dec)
