Motors from SEW‑EURODRIVE are designed for use in a temperature range between -20 °C and +40 °C.

This expands the standardized temperature range required by IEC 60034.

Using the motors outside the above temperature range is possible with some special adjustments. Contact SEW‑EURODRIVE in this case.

If the drive is to be operated on a frequency inverter, you must also observe the project planning notes of the inverter and take into account the effects of inverter operation on heating.
