Central stop profile
The central stop profile is always used if the software module performs an error response e.g. if a lag error occurs. However, if the inverter itself applies the fault response (e.g. in case of an "E08 speed monitoring" error), the jerk time of the inverter takes effect. The effective jerk of the central stop profile is calculated as follows:
Jerk = (application limit acceleration + emergency stop delay) / jerk time of the inverter.
If a jerk that is not dependent on the application limits of the inverter is to be used instead, it can be configured as follows depending on the control:
- Control via the user interface:
- If the user interface is used, the jerk can be specified via the input variable lrStopJerk (ProfileGeneration.In).
- Control via the fieldbus interface:
- If the fieldbus interface is used, a separate jerk can be configured in MOVISUITE® in the "Monitoring functions" > "Limit values" configuration menu in the "Application limits for controller functions" area. By activating "Stop profile with limited jerk", this jerk then also applies to the central stop profile.
