Dimensioning of logic supply

The ECC-DFC control modules are equipped with an additional LOGIC+ connection, which makes it possible to connect an additional supply for the logic. Each control module has an no-load current that is required to supply the control electronics. The logic supply must be configured for the total current of the connected ECC-DFC modules and the sensors connected to them. The no-load losses of the respective control modules can be found in chapter Technical data of the ECC-DFC fieldbus controller.

INFORMATION

If only the MDR+ power supply is used as the supply, the no-load losses of the electronics and the operating currents of the connected sensors must be added to the total current of the system.
