The material to be conveyed is in zone Z2. Zone sensor S2 has registered the material to be conveyed. A confirmation of receipt is sent to the zone sensor S1. A status request is sent to zone Z3. If no accumulate command is present and Z3 is not occupied, the material to be conveyed is forwarded. A control command is sent to the downstream zone Z3.
