Mounting the ECR roller drive

Improper fixation of the axis can destroy the motor roller.

Possible damage to property.

• Make sure not to damage the cable during assembly.
• Ensure the correct torque for the screw connections.
• Do not use an impact screwdriver to tighten the screws and nuts.
• The motorized roller must be installed at right angles to the side profile. With an installation width of 500, a deviation of 1 mm is permitted.
• For conical rollers, observe the installation angle of 1.8°. SEW-EURODRIVE recommends using ECF-K retaining plates.
