Copying modules to the IEC Editor
To being able to use the connected modules in the IEC Editor, do the following:
- The latest ESI file has been installed as described in section Installing an ESI file.
- In the device tree under "EtherCAT (X30)", navigate to the node with the name "EtherCAT MasterSEW".
- Right-click the node.
- The context menu opens.
- Click the menu item [Search for devices…].
- You will see a list of all found devices.
- Click the [Copy all devices to the project] button.
- The modules are displayed in the device tree under "EtherCAT (X30)".
