Fault: 69.1 (4033hex | 16435dec)

Description: Processor core fault

 

Response: FS – system fault

Cause

Measure

Fault in processor core.

– Switch the device off and on again.

– If the fault occurs repeatedly, replace the safety card and send it together with the fault number to SEW‑EURODRIVE. For further support, contact SEW‑EURODRIVE Service.

Fault: 69.2 (4033hex | 16435dec)

Description: Flash memory fault

 

Response: FS – critical fault

Fault in flash memory.

– Switch the device off and on again.

Fault: 69.3 (4033hex | 16435dec)

Description: SRAM memory fault

Description: Memory fault of safety parameters
