MOVIKIT® Custom 0008 Safe Inverse Kinematics
Using safe sensors (e.g. motor/wheel resolver, absolute position), the software module calculates the safe current travel speed, direction of travel and rotational speed (odometry). The monitoring cases for safety laser scanners are selected based on the safe travel speed and direction of travel. |
The function blocks of the software module are intended for use within the SafePLC2 software of BBH Products GmbH.
The software module is a package consisting of various modules based on SafePLC2 program code. The software module can be used for the following drive systems: Differential, single turntable drive and double turntable drive
The license permits the use of the modules. The license for MOVIKIT® Custom 0009 Safe Arithmetic calculation basic is required.
Functions
- Calculates the safe current travel speed, direction of travel and rotational speed (odometry) based on safe sensors (e.g. motor/wheel resolver, absolute position)
- Safe speed and direction evaluation
- Monitoring cases for safety laser scanners are selected based on the safe travel speed and direction of travel.
- Flexible adjustment of the number of safety fields through speed and direction specification
- Additional special protection zones for safety laser scanners, e.g. at transfer stations
