Checking whether DynaStop^® can be used

Requirement:

To use DynaStop^®, the retrodriving torque M_ar must be smaller than the maximum deceleration torque M_DSP:

Result:

In the application, an MGF2 unit with a gear ratio i_tot = 37.24 is used.

The maximum deceleration torque M_DSP 143 Nm at n_DSP 3.08 min⁻¹ for this design can be found in the product manual > chapter "Technical data” > DynaStop^® torques.

The retrodriving torque M_ar is smaller than the maximum deceleration torque. This means DynaStop^® can be used:
