Open-loop control (IN)

INFORMATION

The fieldbus interface can be extended to include additional diagnostic data. This extension also offers the option of setting test errors. The function can therefore also be used by the user via the fieldbus interface.

The ErrorManager structure contains the following input variables for controlling the function:

xSetDeviceError

Data type – BOOL

  • TRUE – Set device fault E26.1 in the device (MDP92A / MDE90A).

xSetTestError

Data type – BOOL

  • TRUE – Activate a test error with the code number of an error response from the usiTestErrorReactionCode input variable. The bit is ignored if usiTestErrorReactionCode is 0.

usiTestErrorReactionCode

Data type: USINT

Code number of the error response (0, 10, 20, 30, 40)

INFORMATION: All other values are treated internally as 0.
