The MOVIKIT® PowerMode is controlled in the following operating modes via the fieldbus:
- 0 – Default
- 511 – Discharge
- 580 – Operation without energy storage unit
- 590 – Automatic
When the enable bit, start bit and automatic operating mode (590) are set and there are no errors, the MOVIKIT® PowerMode is in automatic operating mode. The MOVIKIT® PowerMode interface now ensures that the availability of the energy storage system is indicated to the MOVIKIT® StackerCrane automatically. The MOVIKIT® StackerCrane then responds with the operating mode that is required by the status of the energy storage unit: "Wait", "Emergency stop", "Controller inhibit", "Reduced operation" or "Normal operation".
The MOVIKIT® StackerCrane is controlled in the same manner with and without MOVIKIT® PowerMode. See also chapter Process data assignment. The MOVIKIT® StackerCrane adapts the behavior to the power available in the energy storage unit through the emergency stop/wait/controller inhibit request or dynamic reduction.
