Storage/retrieval system (SRS)
The software module can be used with MOVIKIT® StackerCrane to implement a storage/retrieval system (SRS) with a combi telescope as the load handling device (LHD).
This application example describes how to configure and operate the combi telescope LHD with a belt. For more information on starting up a storage/retrieval system, refer to the MOVIKIT® StackerCrane manual.

Storage process
To store a box, the horizontal drive and the hoist must be moved to the required storage position. The position of the hoist should be slightly above the final lowering position. The combi telescope can place the box at the required storage depth using the "Transfer to stock" operating mode. The hoist must then lower the box and the telescope must be moved back to its home position in "Positioning" mode.
Retrieval process
To retrieve a box, the horizontal drive and the hoist must be moved to the required storage position. The position of the hoist should be slightly below the storage position so that the telescope fork can be extended without colliding. The telescope must then be positioned in "Positioning" mode to the depth of the material to be retrieved and lift it with the hoist. The box can then be transferred to the LHD using the "Remove from stock" operating mode.
