Setting up the fieldbus connection
Perform the following steps to set up the fieldbus connection:
- The Configuration of the software module is open.
- Open the Fieldbus interface configuration menu.
- Activate the "Fieldbus process data" in the "Fieldbus configuration" area.
- Additional setting fields are displayed.
- Adjust the fieldbus interface to the requirements of your system using the other settings fields.
- The fieldbus connection has been set up successfully. For more information, refer to chapter Process data assignment. Use the tool MOVIRUN® DiagnosticMonitoring to monitor and control the fieldbus interface.
