FS system error

In the case of an FS system error, all safe digital inputs are switched to the safe state. In addition, the STO safety subfunction is executed without a delay. The safety option is set to the safe state.

In the safety protocol, the bits of the F-DI00, F-DI01, F‑DI02 and F-DI03 safe digital inputs are set to "0". The bits for the STO safety subfunction and the error are set to "1".

In addition, the corresponding error code is transferred for the FS system error that occurred.
