Evaluation of the DC link ready signal and error message

The "DC link ready" terminals and the error message from the MCR91A.. regenerative power supply must be connected.

Proceed as follows:

  1. Connect the "DC link ready" output X60:1 of the regenerative power supply unit to an input from the inverter parameterized to "DC link ready".
    • If the "DC link ready" message is not passed on to the inverters, an output stage enable is not possible.
  2. Connect the "Error" output X60:4 of the regenerative power supply unit to an input from the inverter parameterized to "external fault".
  3. Parameterize the response to "external fault" as required.
  4. Also connect GND for the outputs.

If the current consumption of the connected inverters exceeds the maximum output current of the X60 digital outputs, a relay must be used or the connections must be distributed to several terminals.

INFORMATION

A factory setting or loading a MOVIKIT® into the frequency inverter overwrites the digital inputs and parameterization must then be performed again.
