1. If the energy storage system is discharged to < 2 V, you can use the short circuit connector X5 on the socket contact X2 to prevent the energy storage system from recharging.
2. It is absolutely necessary to connect the short-circuit connector so that voltage cannot accumulate again on the double-layer capacitor. The F10 fuse must always be ON so that the short circuit is ensured.
3. For the UL variant, additionally check at the two measuring points on the front of the discharge connection unit that the energy storage unit is de-energized.
