Functions
Overview of functions:
Central instance management
The software makes it possible to centrally manage and monitor multiple installations of sensor systems (instances) within a web app. You are provided with a structured overview of all connected systems and their current status. The dynamic filter function and the search function allow you to quickly find specific locations or instances. You can use the navigation to switch deliberately to individual instances and analyze the recorded sensor data in detail.
Easy asset management
The software enables users to flexibly manage and structure monitored machines and components. You can individually group and name assets and provide relevant master data for them, such as serial numbers and location information. For better documentation, you can save photos of the monitored asset and its nameplate. The photos allow for easier identification and maintenance, especially in the case of large systems.
The software is directly linked to SEW-EURODRIVE's online support. This allows you to quickly access technical information, spare parts offers, and support services for SEW-EURODRIVE components.
Detailed asset analysis
The software provides detailed information for each monitored asset, including:
- Relevant master data, such as the serial number and location information, as well as photos of the monitored asset and its nameplate
- Sensor data regarding temperature and vibration with a long-term history of up to 2 years
- Visual representation of the sensor data with the option of extended vibration analysis in accordance with ISO 20816:
Automated status analysis and alerts
The software continuously analyzes sensor data and uses intelligent algorithms for condition monitoring. For this purpose, the software initially uses predefined limit values in accordance with ISO 20816. After a learning phase, the web app automatically adjusts the limit values to the typical system behavior during operation. This way, the software reduces the number of unnecessary false alarms while reliably detecting critical deviations. If the software detects deviations, it automatically notifies you. This allows you to identify potential faults at an early stage and take countermeasures before damage or unplanned downtime occurs.
Automatic notifications via e-mail
The software automatically informs you of critical events and state changes via e-mail. By automatically forwarding relevant status information, the system also enables an integration into maintenance and quality assurance systems.
Export of data via CSV
For further analysis outside of the software, the web app allows for the export of recorded sensor data as CSV files. You can flexibly choose data for export. Exporting data as CSV files facilitates the integration with external business intelligence tools and reporting tools and allows for a retroactive analysis of system behavior. You can also use the exported data for quality assurance, fault diagnostics, and to optimize operating strategies.
Comprehensive roles concept and authorization concept
The software implements a differentiated roles system and authorization system. This allows you to ensure that only authorized persons can access the data and functions that are intended for them.
