DriveRadar® APPredict is a cloud-based web app that makes data from the Schaeffler OPTIME sensor system visible. The intuitive web front end is optimized for mobile end devices and offers you a simple solution for condition monitoring and predictive maintenance of industrial systems and rotary equipment.
The software can improve the following factors by continuously analyzing operating data and status data, and by using innovative sensors and machine-learning algorithms:
- The efficiency of maintenance operations
- The service life of wear parts
- System availability
The software detects potential faults at an early stage. This enables you to avoid unplanned downtimes, sustainably use resources for maintenance and repairs, and optimize maintenance intervals in a targeted manner.
You can use the web app independently of specific components and manufacturers because the software is based on an independent radio-based infrastructure of the sensor systems.
