Receiving an activation key

  • You know the serial number of the inverter. You can find them on the nameplate and in MOVISUITE® in the parameter tree of the inverter under [Device properties] > [Device data] > [Production data] in the "Serial Number" display field.
  • You have a license key for the required application level.
  1. Open the "Software Licenses" page in the Online Support of SEW‑EURODRIVE.
  2. Enter the serial number of the inverter in the "Hardware ID" edit box.
  3. Enter the license key of the required application level in the "License Key" edit box.
  4. Click the [Activate license] button.
    • The activation key is displayed.
