Activating a software license on an inverter
The following figure illustrates the licensing procedure:
Once a software license has been activated, it is bound to the hardware used. It is not possible to change this binding or undo it. Therefore, make sure to use the right activation method. For further information, refer to chapter Assignment to the target system.
Make sure to use the correct data when activating a license via the serial number of the inverter.
MOVIKIT® software modules of the "Drive" category can be used on inverters from the MOVI‑C® modular automation system starting with application level 1.
