Checking the status of a license key

  • You know the license key whose status you want to check.
  1. Call up the SEW‑EURODRIVE website in a browser.
  2. Navigate to "Online Support" > "Startup & maintenance" > "Request & activate software licenses".
  3. Open the "Request" tab.
  4. Enter the license key in the "License Key" edit box.
  5. Click the [Request] button.
  • You will receive information about whether this license key has already been activated. If the license key has already been activated, the hardware ID of the device on which the license key has been activated is specified.
