Activation via control technology

The discharge process can be carried out via control technology. In this case, the parameters of the discharge resistor are entered, among other values. The controller then takes over clocked control of the brake chopper for complete discharge of the DC link. Overtemperature in the discharge resistor is thereby avoided.
