Automatically load presets from preset folder on startup.

Enable the automatic loading of all configuration files (e.g. exported groups, containers, endpoints) from the preset folder (default path: C:\ProgramData\SEW\SmartDataCollector\preset) at program startup. The contained program configurations are stored in the SDC database and the configuration files are then deleted from the preset folder.

INFORMATION: Objects contained in the current program configuration (e.g. data containers and endpoints) with the same ID are overwritten during import. To prevent overwriting, create a copy of the object to obtain an object with a new ID.
